VP Change & Solutions Americas
Member of the Internal Strategy and transformation team within an international investment bank
Responsibilities :
- Support and advise Executive Management around the globe on high-level strategic projects
- Projects range from pure design and development to more transformational involving multiple business lines and regions
- Independently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders (e.g. developing presentations and content, conducting stakeholder meetings)
- Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issues
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Support proposals to acquire new projects
- Manage and motivate a team of associates and analysts
