Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team! TeleConnect Therapies is a well-established therapist-owned mental health provider working with rural communities throughout California. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals: adults, adolescents and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist (3 years preferred)
• Experience with County Mental Health Systems and Documentation preferred
• Medicare Ordering and Referring Provider highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
