  • RN Renal Vascular – Gainesville, FL Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Shifts : Days (7A–7P) or Nights (7P–7A), rotating weekends Compensation : $30.69 – $43.20 / hr (based on experience) 2 years : $30.69 / hr 5 years : $33.71 / hr 17 years : $43.20 / hr Differentials : +$4.25 / hr (Nights) | +$3.00 / hr (Weekends) Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights) Relocation : $2,500–$5,000 (must be 100+ miles away) Overview We are hiring an RN Renal Vascular Nurse in Gainesville, FL.

This 45-bed unit supports patients with renal and vascular conditions in a fast-paced environment with a 7 :

  • 1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
  • Nurses here play a vital role in providing patient-centered care with the support of a collaborative team.
  • Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to renal and vascular patients.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
  • Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery.
  • Support hospital-wide initiatives for safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Qualifications Active Florida or Compact RN license.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Tele, IMU, PCU accepted).
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • BLS required before start; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days; ACLS within 6 months.
