Solution Architect

Conversational AI / NLP Implementation :

Hands-on experience with NLP / NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)

Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses

Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms

Cloud Architecture :

Strong preference for AWS expertise-especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB

Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture

Integration & DevOps :

Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
