ATCS is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Site / Civil (Land Development) Engineer to join our vibrant team! This is a hybrid role with three days per week required onsite. We are considering candidates based out of Newport News (VA) or Virginia Beach.

This individual will design diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development. The diversity of responsibilities requires a flexible mindset and cooperative team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing design and management capabilities.

You'll spend your time :

• Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
• Collaborating with senior engineers and managers to develop innovative design solutions and address project challenges
• Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
• Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
• Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development
• Mentoring and educating early-career Site / Civil staff

About you :

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $79,500 to $132,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
