Your Impact

  • Leadership & Culture

Coach teams, drive a positive culture, and manage performance with consistency.

  • Coordinate lunch and break schedules to maintain flow and coverage.
  • Facilitate team reviews, quality control / assurance, and follow-up training.
  • Inventory Accuracy

    • Receive and count inbound freight the same day it arrives; record into the Eclipse system.

  • Update product maintenance locations daily and complete daily cycle counts.
  • Inspect and process returns with attention to detail.
  • Shipping & Dispatch

    • Process orders per instructions; ensure correct packaging and shipping requirements.

  • Require a co-worker accuracy check on every order before shipment.
  • Oversee loading and truck manifesting; route common carriers and local company trucks.
  • Issue Resolution & Communication

    • Review and resolve freight claim discrepancies quickly.

  • Respond to operational queues in a timely manner.
  • Track site performance monthly and yearly to drive improvements.
  • Safety & Housekeeping

    • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and shipping / receiving environment that enables productive, happy, and dedicated employees.

    Qualifications

  • Leadership experience managing warehouse associates and drivers; ability to lead by example and influence change.
  • Material handling : trained on Reach Trucks and Forklifts; comfortable with RF scanners.
  • Warehouse fundamentals : shipping / receiving, distribution, packaging, loading / unloading, returns processing; experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Systems : MS Suite proficiency; familiarity with data works systems for data entry / retrieval; Eclipse system experience for receiving and inventory transactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; excellent planning, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking skills; fast learner with sound judgment under pace.
  • Education : High School diploma or GED.
  • Physical : good overall health; able to frequently and repetitively lift 75+ lbs; effective in a fast-paced environment.

    • Pay

    Pay Range : $23.00 - $25.00 / hour
