A company is looking for a Director, Partner Alliances to expand its ecosystem of strategic partnerships and accelerate pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage a high-impact referral program targeting top consultancies and advisors
Identify, recruit, and develop new business relationships with consulting firms to drive referral partnerships
Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to measure partner engagement and revenue contribution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience in strategic partner alliance programs or channel sales in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology
Demonstrated success in designing and scaling referral or channel programs
Proven ability to engage senior leaders at consulting firms and technology partners
Strong understanding of partner marketing, GTM planning, and co-selling motions
