Systems Accountant

Systems Accountant Under the supervision of CFO, conduct business process reengineering for financial accounting systems and workflows; support preparation for financial statement audits, including general ledger analysis and account reconciliations; utilize knowledge of financial accounting and reporting, emerging business finance, Dashboards, and corporate financial forecasting and analysis; create and maintain interactive financial dashboards and custom visual reports to support internal decision-making, forecasting, and external audit readiness; implement the Deltek Vantage ERP system, ensuring timely completion of the project schedule; coordinate with external CPA firms to ensure timely delivery of PBC (Prepared By Client) documentation and resolution of audit-related questions; assist in managing company risk, including coordinating insurance renewals and responding to client requests for certificates of insurance (COIs); collaborate with the People and Culture department to ensure accurate integration of third-party cost data into accounting systems; ensure data integrity across accounting platforms, verifying accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, etc. Salary$104,832 / yr.
