We are hiring for a Crane Inspection and Deliveries Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Oversee and manage all activities within Crane Inspections & Deliveries, ensuring the department operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the top priority.
  • Maintain high performance levels for inspection and delivery processes; identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding delivery experiences.
  • Recommend methods of improvement and ensure timely implementation for service delivery upgrades.
  • Train, coach, and manage the Inspections & Deliveries team to resolve daily operational issues and achieve both short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Take accountability for inspection and delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
  • Manage critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Analyze internal and third-party processes; create strategies for inspection and delivery optimization.
  • Review and prepare workflow, staffing, equipment layout, and space requirements while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain and review operational records and reports to manage operations effectively.
  • Provide accurate and regular performance reports to management regarding inspections and deliveries.
  • Plan and manage training programs to build team skills and enhance performance.
  • Conduct hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace and ensure a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
  • Promote professional growth by encouraging continuous improvement for self, staff, and the department.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, staff, and external contacts.
  • Report irregular issues to the appropriate management level and recommend solutions.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
