General Function :
This position is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with the bank's largest and most strategically significant insurance clientsfirms with substantial financial strength and a strong asset base across our both in and out of our regional footprint. The individual in this role will serve as the primary point of contact, representing the bank and delivering tailored financial solutions.
In addition to insurance portfolio client relationship management, the role includes partnering with Private Equity firms to originate, underwrite, and oversee credit facilities for leveraged insurance portfolio companies. The individual in this role will lead the end-to-end process of structuring and executing complex credit proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for selling the bank's suite of ancillary products. The relationship manager should be well connected to the sector having the ability to drive new client relationships.

While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
This role requires a highly experienced, self-directed professional with deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to execute sophisticated financial transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervisory Responsibilities : May directly or indirectly influence the day to day supervision of the Principals, Associates and Analysts. Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; identifying and developing appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

Total Base Pay Range 119,500.00 - 256,900.00 USD Annual
