Express Care Medical Assistant

A high school graduate or equivalent is required. Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) is preferred. One year of previous experience in office, outpatient ambulatory or acute care setting is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills are desired with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Current BCLS certification is required upon hire.

Functional Responsibility

Position Objective : The Express Care MA provides patient care and operational support for patients in the Express Care which is a licensed Urgent Care. The MA functions as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Performance Expectation :

Min : $21.19 Max : $32.85
