We’re seeking a talented and motivated real estate licensee to join our growing team of real estate professionals. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire home-buying and or selling journey—from initial consultation and home tours to negotiations and closing—ensuring every buyer and seller enjoys a seamless, positive experience.
What You’ll Do :
- Connect with the provided leads to set in-person appointments
- Work with pre-qualified leads and cultivate strong client relationships
- Show properties, provide guidance, and answer questions throughout the process
- Host open houses for team listings
- Negotiate offers and advocate for clients’ best interests
- Help sellers understand the fair market value of their homes
- List homes for sale and guide sellers through the sales process
- Deliver outstanding service that creates lifelong clients and referrals

Compensation : $75,000 - $270,000
Responsibilities :
Build lasting relationships with consumers interested in buying or selling real estateConsult with clients to understand their real estate needsShow current homes on the market to find the right fitWork as a liaison between buyers and sellersOffer outstanding customer service and follow up with clientsDisplay a variety of properties in the area to prospective customersTake part in open houses, networking events, and MLS activities to increase sales; present purchase offers to sellersDevelop new business opportunities by continuously networking and marketingSupport up to 20 to 60 buyer and seller clients a year through the home purchase / sales processHelp buyers and sellers tackle obstacles that may arise during the sales processStay in touch with former clients to cultivate relationships and encourage repeat and referral businessQualifications :
Have a positive attitude and the desire to work through problems to find solutionsPossess an active Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one quickly (this is required)Skillfully troubleshoot and solve problemsPossess a friendly, positive, customer-focused attitudeStay current with new tools, systems, and technologiesBe a reliable advocate for clients and their goalsDemonstrate superior communication skillsPossess a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and protect client interestsUtilize active listening and questioning techniques to build relationships and understand clients’ needsShow determination and resilience in difficult situationsExhibit proficiency in organization and time managementPossess strong computer / tech knowledge and skillsFlexibility with working schedule, including some evenings and weekendsAbout Company
