Summary

The Data Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the work of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) by ensuring the effective data recording of client-level information and services.

Summary

The Data Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the work of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) by ensuring the effective data recording of client-level information and services.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate data entry into the NYS Child Advocacy Centers Collaborate database as required by OCFS.
• Maintain the CAC's CMS database for tracking client information and services, including serving as a liaison between the CAC and Safe Horizon's Information Systems & Technology team and CAC staff.
• Assist with the timely and accurate data entry into the CAC's CMS database, including partner case disposition data.
• Oversight of the implementation of the CAC's Outcome Measurement System (OMS) project, including collecting and entering outcome data into the OMS database.
• Assist with the collection and preparation of data for funder and other reports.
• Assist with the submission and reconciliation of FRE and / or physical abuse claim forms to OVS.
• Assist with the preparation of data for weekly Case Review meetings.
• Integrate a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, using an anti-oppressive lens, into all aspects of your work.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
