We are searching for an experienced and collaborative Lead Software Engineer to become a vital part of our diverse, multicultural Engineering teams. In this position, you will design and deliver robust, high-quality code within a continuous delivery environment, engaging with a small, cross-functional Agile team to develop and enhance essential features and our core infrastructure. You will be expected to tackle complex challenges, take initiative in problem-solving, and contribute innovative ideas that foster continuous improvement as you support a culture that values skill development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Embrace curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and encouraging others to set and achieve goals.
• Leverage strong computer science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Take ownership of loosely defined features, guiding them from technical design to completion while fulfilling commitments.
• Utilize five (5) years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing and maintaining SaaS applications.
• Maintain, build, and optimize REST APIs effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong background in Python development.
• Work with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.
• Implement CI / CD practices using tools such as Gitlab CI / CD or Jenkins and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and product managers to successfully deliver products to end-users.
• Exhibit responsibility, teamwork, and organization.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
