Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Fitness Program Instructor and play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience at FITWORKS! We are seeking enthusiastic and collaborative individuals who are passionate about guiding others on their fitness journey.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead engaging group exercise sessions with a focus on improving overall fitness, strength, and endurance.
  • Prioritize member safety throughout all activities.
  • Promote FITWORKS events and available promotions.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitized environment across training floors, common areas, and restrooms.
  • Stay attentive during classes and manage any distractions effectively.

    • Requirements :

  • National certification in Group Fitness (e.g., ACE, AFAA, Spinning, YogaFit, Zumba, Beach Body, Mossa).
  • Ability to move rhythmically to music, utilizing effective cueing, tempo, choreography, and safe transitions.
  • Solid understanding of safe exercise techniques and group exercise principles.
  • Familiarity with basic physiology and body mechanics.
  • Capability to perform diverse exercise routines.
  • Experience with audio / visual equipment for classes.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the position (lifting weights, bending, jumping, etc.).
  • Stay updated on current fitness trends.
  • Provide music that complements the choreography of exercise routines.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Communicate positively with potential and current members, guests, and fellow team members.
  • Willingness to undergo training on FITWORKS systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with CMS / CRM software is a plus.
  • Driven to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
