Senior Manager, Abstraction Layer Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Abstraction Layer Engineering - Autonomous Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the VAL and SAL teams to design and develop software abstractions for vehicle and sensor systems

Build mechanisms to improve software integration across various vehicle and sensor configurations

Perform in-vehicle tests and support autonomous drive missions through data collection and analysis

Required Qualifications

MS or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

12+ years of relevant industry experience and 8+ years in a management role

Excellent C and C++ programming skills

Strong knowledge of Linux, Android, or other real-time operating systems

Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS or multimedia frameworks like GStreamer
