Job Description

We are seeking a Product Data Scientist to join the team for a 10-month assignment, with a focus on supporting end-to-end product performance. This role is crucial for defining key funnel metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and validating those opportunities through A / B testing and causal inference across CoM products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. During the "in-season" period, this role will focus on automation, A / B testing, and ad-hoc analysis. In the "out-of-season" period, the focus will shift to building new reporting capabilities and developing self-serve testing tools to drive consistency and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Automate in-season KPI reporting and opportunity identification on CoM products to reduce weekly manual effort.

Partner with cross-functional teams (including Product Managers, Product Designers, and designers) to design and execute A / B tests.

Perform ad-hoc directional and causal analysis to unblock decisions and determine the path forward.

Build new CoM reporting capabilities for new lending products, defining E2E and product-facing metrics.

Develop self-serve testing capabilities to enable faster A / B testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and learning plan needs.

Required Experience / Skills

Strong SQL and analytics skills.

Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to drive data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with A / B testing, causal inference, and time series forecasting.

Industry experience in consumer lending products.
