The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing general accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and competencies are essential for success in this role :
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles
- Timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversight and execution of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing and payment issuance
- Management of Accounts Receivable processes, including customer correspondence, collections, and statement generation
- Treasury management, including ACH and wire transfers
- Completion of bank reconciliations
- Maintenance and tracking of fixed assets
- Participation in financial and other accounting-related audits
- Support in other accounting functions as assigned
