The Editorial Messaging and Positioning Writer is responsible for crafting language and stories that articulate our client's editorial point of view-as it's expressed on its various marketing channels. Candidates should possess strong writing experience and a background in music. Ideal candidates will have experience editing and writing for major music media brands.

Responsibilities :

• Write and edit briefs that inform messaging and brand positioning, both internally and externally, impacting the way we communicate about our work cross-functionally as well as through PR and marketing.
• Utilize expert understanding of audience engagement and retention to select resonant story angles and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans to hone storytelling and reach target audiences.
• Develop new editorial concepts and storytelling devices to engage with subscribers.
• Stay informed and across popular music and culture-its emerging trends, news, and storylines.
• Shape and convey the brand voice through written communication.
