Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney Qualifications

2+ years demonstrated expertise in financial restructuring matters, including reorganizations, restructuring issues, and transactions involving distressed companies and assets.

Role will focus on providing legal advice and support to public and private clients navigating financial restructuring processes, both within and outside of federal bankruptcy proceedings

Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
