Assistant Store Manager
We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with store functions, helping customers in a positive, approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness, assisting in ordering merchandise, maintaining areas of the store, protecting and securing company assets, adhering to policies, supervising, training, and developing store associates, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Skills and experience include high school diploma or equivalent, store management experience, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, ability to work in a high-energy team environment, exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
