Salary Range : $120,000 – $180,000

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer to join our team in St. Louis. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience and a strong foundation in IT and artificial intelligence. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between AI models and production systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient deployment of intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models into production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
• Optimize model performance and scalability for real-world use cases.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems post-deployment, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
• Implement best practices for model versioning, testing, and continuous integration.
• Stay current with advancements in AI / ML technologies and tools.
