Overview

Accounting Advisory Services - Senior Data Analyst position within the Elliott Davis Advisory team. As part of the Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) team, you will work with leading experts in financial and consulting services, with autonomy to shape your career while making a positive impact. The role supports engagements by developing management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models, and leads data analytics initiatives that uncover insights to drive strategic outcomes for clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial data, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to internal teams and clients. You will collaborate across service lines and industries to deliver high-impact solutions.

What Will You Do

• Design and build client management reports and dashboards using financial and operational data
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models
• Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for client decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reporting processes and automate workflows
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagements with data-driven reporting tools
• Mentor associates and contribute to team development
• Engage with clients across various industries to support strategic planning and performance improvement
• Leverage technology to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and client experience
