Job descriptionSell and promote personal and commercial insurance products Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person contacts Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Assist clients with policy questions, claims guidance, and renewals Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications : Previous sales experience preferred Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits : Competitive base pay + commissions Training provided Growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision plans Powered by JazzHR
