Hematologist / OncologistLocation : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of licenseClinic 4 days / week, 1 administrative day / week (remote), 1 : 4 inpatient call50% Hematology / 50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostateCare team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPsChemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administrationOnsite Services ( Radiation Oncology; Infusion Therapy; Lab and Pharmacy - board certified oncology pharmacist onsite;Genetic Counseling; Clinical & Financial Navigation; Nutrition Services; Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry; GYN-Oncology; Social Work)Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GIHospitalist service admitsOpportunity to provide and receive mentorshipProfile Background :
