Payroll Specialist - Louisville, KY (3 Openings)

About the Role :

A support services company is seeking Payroll Specialists to join their team in Louisville. This is a full-time, onsite role with contract-to-hire potential.

Details :

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST
  • Type : Contract-to-Hire
  • Team : Large, collaborative payroll group

Responsibilities :

  • Process multi-cycle payrolls for a large workforce
  • Enter employee data and prepare payroll reports
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide customer service and problem resolution
  • Support team initiatives and maintain compliance

    • Qualifications :

  • HS Diploma / GED required (Associate's preferred)
  • 1-3 years payroll or data entry experience
  • Familiarity with ADP or Kronos preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer service focused
