Maintenance Lead Mechanic - Bakery

Title : Maintenance Lead Mechanic - Bakery

Location : Denver, CO (80216)

Hourly Pay : $35 - $40

Shift : We are hiring for all shifts.

1st Shift - 6AM-2 : 30PM
2nd Shift - 2PM - 10 : 30PM
3rd Shift - 10PM - 6 : 30AM

Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Denver, CO.

What You Will Be Doing

Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on bakery production equipment, boilers, and refrigeration systems.

Rebuild complex components using equipment drawings / specs.

Modify and create CMMS work orders based on production needs.

Troubleshoot 480Vac and low-voltage control systems.

Supervise electrical system modifications and installations.

Fabricate and modify parts; Weld mild and stainless steel.

Conduct preventative maintenance on pneumatic / hydraulic systems.

What You Need For This Job

Proven experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing or bakery environments.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.

Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Familiarity with CMMS and inventory systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
