Overview :

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with solid experience in MSPs, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, likes solving complex technical problems, and values a positive, supportive team culture.

In this role, you will design, maintain, and support modern infrastructure for SMB clients in sectors such as finance, metal / manufacturing, and professional services. You’ll work closely with our helpdesk, security, and development teams in a setting where accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service are key.

Key responsibilities :

• Managing and optimizing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) multi-tenant environments
• Administering Azure (VMs, Azure AD / Entra ID, networking)
• Supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments
• Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
• Managing and troubleshooting FSLogix
• Working with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WA
• Handling escalations, migrations, system improvements, and project work
• Communicating directly with clients while managing multiple priorities
