Must-Have :

Must have 2 years minimum experience

Must have 1 prior travel assignment

Description :

The registered nurse will work in the Labor and Delivery specialty.

Will be required to circulate and provide fetal heart monitoring.

Must assist with high-risk deliveries and vaginal deliveries.

Nurse will provide support for breastfeeding and lactation.

Will be involved in the care of neonates, adolescents, and adults.

Must have experience with antepartum care and postpartum care.

Must be capable of performing triage for obstetrical patients.

Must be knowledgeable in managing epidurals and IV medications.

Floating to postpartum may be required.

No holiday requests for time off will be approved.

Only one holiday request for time off will be considered.

Scrubs will be provided by the facility.

Flu vaccines are required for all employees.

Interdisciplinary support will be available, including various therapy services.

Facility handles high-risk antepartum and high-risk labor patients.

Daily census may vary, providing diverse patient care experiences.

Patient ratios will be 1 : 2 during shifts.
