Overview
This position provides leadership across all aspects of the business operations for locations in the assigned Region. In addition to directly managing the General Managers for each operational Area, this position helps drive parts, service and equipment sales and profitable growth. This position supports the financial success of the Region by ensuring that all stores in the Region meet or exceed key financial and business metrics throughout the year.

Oversee all aspects of the business for the assigned RegionLead the General Managers to optimize the business, including the Wholegoods, Parts, Rental, and Service DepartmentsEnsure that General Managers to develop and achieve market share goals, track monthly results, identify gaps and ensure Store action plans are in place to close performance gapsWork with the General Managers through the CRM process to maximize sales through efficient sales and marketing efforts and strong customer relationshipsWork with each of the General Managers on staffing and employee development at their StoresLead the knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across StoresWork with the General Managers to ensure that company policies and processes are being followed at each locationWork with the General Managers to meet or exceed the performance goals for each of the StoresGrow the business in the Region through organic “same store” growth and acquisitionsResponsible for budget development for the Region, which includes working with the General Managers on the development of the budget for each StorePartner with the General Managers in the Region to resolve any conflicts that arise between teamsMaintain strong relationships and open lines of communication with our Manufacturers for the RegionFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignmentsOther duties as assignedQualifications
Required :
