You'll spend your day servicing, repairing, installing, and proposing heating and air conditioning equipment replacements. You're the hero who ensures our customers' homes are comfortable year-round, while always following manufacturer's recommendations and local codes. From troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to providing expert solutions, you're the go-to expert they rely on. As you complete each task with precision and efficiency, you enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference in people's lives. No two days are the same, and your expertise is always in demand!

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED :

To be considered for this position as our Experienced Residential HVAC Technician, you must meet the following minimum requirements :

• Residential heating and air conditioning service and sales experience
• EPA certified
• Ability to work an on-call schedule
• Physical ability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION :

You'll work Monday to Friday, from 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm (or later based on call volumes and on-call rotation). Our operations are based in Anderson, IN, and you'll primarily serve our clients in this area.
