VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Surgical.

• Description : VENDORS PLEASE READ : -We have uncapped the rates on this search only. It will remain open until October 3rd at 3pm PST and then we will pause the position. This time around we will not be clearing the first 10 bids that are submitted but rather clearing based on competitive rates and quality score of the candidate. -We will be reviewing providers on October 6th and will determine which provider s will be cleared for further review. Please set the expectation with your provider and teams that name clears will be completed morning of the October 7th. Review on providers will start same day or on the 8th. -Flat rates can be proposed for this position. -No rate increase can be requested within a year of the provider s start date. -If there are any questions on this, please reach out to Locumsmart or Nick Ball () PLEASE ENSURE PROVIDERS ARE FULLY SCREENED FOR ANY RED FLAGS, WE NEED TO ENSURE THEY WILL MAKE IT THROUGH PRIVILEGING We are looking for one provider to cover weekend call (1-2 weekends a month, Friday through Sunday). This is strictly beeper call. Providers must have an active TX license to be consider. We can not look at providers with the IMLC license. ATLS is required. We will look at providers that are BE within 5 years of residency only. Privileging will take around 60 days so need to find someone quickly to start that process. Reminder privileging timeline begins once provider RFA / application is turned in. Please review the PD for required procedures and additional details.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
