Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostic testing, and individual and family counseling services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and skilled in assessing ADHD, learning differences, and other emotional and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and young adults.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized testing for ADHD, learning disorders, mood disorders, and related concerns.
Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
Provide detailed written reports with clear diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
Offer individual and family counseling to support emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being.
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR system.
Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and clinical training opportunities.
Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
Active Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Psychologist.
Demonstrated experience conducting ADHD and psychological assessments.
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
Preferred Experience Experience in private practice or outpatient setting.
Familiarity with educational testing and psychoeducational evaluations.
Ability to integrate test findings into meaningful, family-friendly recommendations.
