Position : Creative Project Coordinator
Client : A Swoon client, leader in the fintech industry
Location : 100% Remote (U.S. based)
Contract Duration : 3 months (possibility of extension)
Rate : Up to $60 / hr W2 no C2C or 1099
About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Project Coordinator to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team of a leading fintech client. This team is responsible for developing creative briefs, aligning business priorities, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across creative and media teams. Your role will be focused on execution, coordination, and process improvement , not on strategy development.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Creative Ops or Digital PM background looking to contribute to a fast-paced team and help scale workflows and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the handoff of creative assets to paid media / channel teams (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Work closely with strategists to support the execution of creative briefs
- Identify and resolve missing elements or blockers in the brief lifecycle
- Maintain and document SOPs for key workflows (e.g., handoff processes)
- Manually update team reports and trackers in Google Sheets
- Communicate across strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure timelines are met
- Surface opportunities to improve team workflows and documentation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or digital campaign executionStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and proactively in a remote environmentExperience with tools such as Asana , Figma , and Google SheetsAbility to create SOPs and process documentationComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong stakeholder management experience across creative and digital teamsBonus if you have
