As a Senior Property Accountant, you play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of a portfolio of properties. You are responsible for accurately recording transactions, preparing timely financial reports, and collaborating across departments to support budgeting and operational goals. Your expertise in accounting principles and attention to detail instills confidence across investors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to the overall success of the organization through your proactiveness.

This is an onsite, in-person position located at one of our Regional Community Support Centers. Eligible locations include : Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ.

The Closer

• Post monthly journal entries and prepare monthly financial reports for a portfolio of properties, including reclasses and accruals provided by onsite property managers
• Work with Operations team to prepare annual budgets
• Review all financials and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
• Oversee the preparation of cash position / projection reports, working closely with Accounting team members
