Job description

Job Title : Territory Business Development Representative - B2B (Pierce County, WA)

Location : Pierce County, WA | Full-Time | Field-Based

Compensation :

Base pay plus uncapped commission
Typical first-year earnings : $65,000-$75,000+
Mileage reimbursement + monthly vehicle allowance + benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO)

About the Role :

Grow Wagonmaster's automotive maintenance business across Pierce County. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with dealerships, repair shops, and service centers. You'll own your territory, develop new business, and build long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do :

Identify and secure new B2B customers

Conduct in-person visits and demos

Build relationships with owners and managers

Provide basic product training and support

Track activity in CRM and maintain your book of business

Who You Are :

Experience in automotive, industrial, equipment, service, or customer-facing B2B roles OR some sales experience

Motivated to build a professional business development or sales career

Comfortable with prospecting and in-person client interactions

Organized, reliable, and self-directed

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Professional field role; not general labor.
