What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering squads responsible for core components of the employer's AiSight Platform

Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security

Collaborate with product, design, and science teams to translate requirements into robust engineering solutions

Drive execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high technical standards

Align engineering priorities with organizational strategy through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in engineering leadership roles

Proven experience managing multiple teams or squads delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products

Strong technical foundation in modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)

Experience building scalable and secure systems in healthcare or other highly regulated industries

Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring engineers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing systems compliant with healthcare regulations

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Background in enterprise SaaS platforms and life sciences
