Night Dispatch Team Member

Hours : Part-time Weekend Days and Week Nights

As a member of the Night Dispatch team, your role is pivotal in upholding R2 Logistics' standard of outstanding customer service. For the convenience of our customers, R2 Logistics provides 24 / 7 availability. This role supports our operations team through communicating with contracted carriers, providing them with the information necessary to pick up and deliver on time.

Responsibilities Include :

• Contacting carriers to track and trace shipments
• Resolving issues in transit
• Inbound call handling
• Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
• Order entry
• Additional administrative duties, as needed
