What You Will Experience :

About the Role

The Lead Counsel will play a key role in building Pulse Bio’s legal function, serving as our GC’s deputy in various matters and as a cross-functional strategic advisor for all our Business Units, specifically our percutaneous electrode, cardiac clamp and cardiac catheter product development teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, privacy and compliance. As Lead Counsel, you will also partner closely with the business to review, negotiate, and draft contracts covering a wide range of business relationships, including our key relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, collaborators, researchers, and customers. You will work cross-functionally across all departments and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the Company’s senior leadership team. Success in this role will require sound judgement, discretion, and strong organizational intelligence.

Pay Range

Compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors including location, job-related skills, experience, education, and training. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. This pay range is specific to Northern California location. Base salary range : $200k - $250k.
