Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) is seeking an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our Visual Arts Team. As a key member of our design team, the Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of CCV across both print and digital platforms. This individual will have a deep understanding of design principles, with an exceptional ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple design projects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact design solutions that align with our mission : WIN people to Christ, TRAIN believers to become disciples, and SEND disciples to impact the world.
Job Description
Creative Conceptualization & Design : Develop innovative design concepts tailored to client objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience insights.
Effective Visual Communication : Create clear and impactful designs using typography, color, imagery, and layout to communicate key messages.
Brand Consistency & Development : Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the CCV brand identity while pushing creative boundaries to enhance the brand experience.
Project Oversight & Execution : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project specifications. Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and project managers to facilitate seamless communication.
Final Production Design : Prepare final files for both digital and print formats, ensuring proper color accuracy, size, and resolution. Collaborate with external vendors and ministry partners to ensure the highest-quality production results.
