Job Title : Drilling Division Manager

Job Location : Harwinton, CT (1-2 Days Work Form Home)

Salary : $140K-$200K+

Requirements : 10+ Years of Drilling Operations Experience. Able to manage all aspects of the drilling department including drill pier foundations, vibratory caisson foundations, direct embed foundations and rock drilling.

Position Overview :

The Drilling Division Manager will oversee and manage all drilling operations within the company, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on budget. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with other divisions to deliver high-quality drilling services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the drilling division, ensuring all operations meet safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement drilling strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives.
Supervise and mentor drilling teams, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor drilling performance and production metrics, initiating improvements as necessary.
Manage budgeting and forecasting for drilling operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards during drilling activities.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in drilling and foundation construction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Direct Embed Foundations, Drilling, Drilled Pier Foundations, Heavy Civil, and Vibratory Caisson Foundations.

Experience in rock drilling, dewatering, and foundation construction for Transmission and Substation projects.
