About the Role
The Company is seeking a passionate Director of Strategic Partnerships & Solution Design to drive our next growth phase. In this key role, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the healthcare ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing go-to-market strategies targeting new customer segments, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, and designing innovative, customer-focused health and wellness solutions.
We are looking for a growth-focused leader who possesses a thorough understanding of the healthcare and benefits landscape, along with a proven track record in partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or leadership roles within the healthcare or benefits sector. A robust network and a history of successful partnerships across employer, payer, and broker channels are essential.
A deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including government programs, commercial payers, and employer-sponsored benefits, is crucial. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development of integrated health and wellness solutions. An MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or health administration is a plus, with preference given to candidates with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments.
