Job descriptionWork Dates Needed : asap - ongoing 6 months Preferred Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm -flexible with hours but needs 8 hours a day Worksite Setting : Behavioral Health Outpatient intake for detox intake or BH detox or residential program Scope of Work : Seeking an addiction provider who can see patients in a behavioral health setting so either intake, which is evaluating patients for clearance for medically assisted detox, or in our residential programs. Up to 14 patients a day Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Daily - 6 hours of clinical billed time, 2 hours of administrative time Graduation from an accredited medical school. Possession of a valid California license as a physician. Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine or equivalent experience Possession of BCLS / CPR certification. Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate. Covid shot with boosters (could wave with health later) EMR : Welligent
