The Position

Reporting the CFO, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in our Randolph, New Jersey office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the organization's financial health. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounting and a proactive approach to process improvements and problem-solving.  Initially in-office, this role will transition to be hybrid after the conclusion of the on-boarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage various data sources feeding our accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate classification.
• Ensure various bank reconciliations are performed monthly.
• Manage the organization’s outsourced Accounts Payable and Ramp purchase card processes.
• Prepare various month-end financial statements, reports & ad hoc analyses.
• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist as directed in grant drawdowns / administration process.
• Assist in creating and implementing new methods to optimize financial workflows and / or increase organizational efficiency.
• Support annual external audit effort.

Annual Compensation Range :

$90,000 - $110,000 DOE
