Warehouse Technician
We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to support field operations by ensuring all products, equipment, and vehicles are received, organized, and maintained to the highest standard. This role is essential to enabling installation teams to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, readiness, and professionalism in all warehouse activities while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and palletize inbound products
- Manage product return and demo areas
- Conduct demo inventory cycle counts for accuracy
- Prep and stage materials for installation teams
- Deliver products, demos, or small projects to job sites
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Daily Tasks
Schedule and receive inbound shipmentsProcess shipping and receiving paperwork using internal business systemsPrep, kit, and pre-load vehicles for daily operationsDeliver products to clients and showroom locationsClean and maintain an organized warehouse environmentManage product returns and organize warehouse tools and equipmentFollow established warehouse standards for cleaning and maintenanceQualifications
High school diploma or GED preferredBasic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent trainingAbility to become certified in warehouse equipment operationPrior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferredGrowth Opportunities

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00 / hr.
