We are seeking an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to lead and manage survey projects in Warrington, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of survey project management, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality survey services for a variety of projects.

The Opportunity

As a Licensed Land Surveyor, you will manage survey projects from start to finish, including plan production, fieldwork, and client coordination. You will work on boundary and topography surveys, ALTA / ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts, while ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary, topographic, utility, roadway, and construction stakeout projects.
  • Produce survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Train and mentor field crews, technicians, and support staff.
  • Perform quality control for survey plans and documentation.
  • Conduct calculations to support field personnel and project design.
  • Review title reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications : What You Bring

  • Experience : 5+ years in survey project management.
  • Credentials : PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strengths : Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
