The Sales Associate is an entry-level sales role within the Waterworks showroom, designed as a 1218 month position. In this role, you will work in a dynamic showroom environment, supporting sales efforts and collaborating closely with experienced Sales Consultants. Responsibilities include responding to client emails, preparing quotes and specification packets, and assisting walk-in clientsall while gaining in-depth knowledge of Waterworks products, systems, clients, and the sales process. As you grow in the role, you will begin building your own client list to prepare for a seamless transition into a Sales Consultant position. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about design and luxury sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries.
• Provide accurate quotes and spec packets to support client needs.
• Begin building and managing a personal client list.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to support ongoing sales efforts.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Learn and apply Waterworks' sales process and client engagement strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of Waterworks' product lines, finishes, and design applications.
• Learn internal systems and tools used for quoting, ordering, and client management.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are current and well-presented.
• Support showroom events and client visits as needed.
• Actively participate in training and mentorship opportunities.
• Demonstrate growth in product knowledge, client interaction, and sales readiness.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Licensed to drive preferred. Ability to travel locally or out of state.
