Client Services Representative - Lincoln, NE

SUMMARY STATEMENT

As a Client Service Representative, you will provide effective communication and problem solving to client inquiries in a positive manner and promptly respond to client requests and elevate to qualified staff if unable to reach resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining client database information and performing data entry procedures as required with impeccable attention to detail and remarkable accuracy.

Our ideal candidate would be client satisfaction focused and a strong willingness to learn. This position is 100% in office at our Lincoln, NE location.

Responsibilities

Provide laboratory reception service.

• Promptly answer phone calls in a friendly manner.
• Assist walk in clients by receiving samples and / or providing requested supplies.

Manage and respond to client questions, comments and concerns.

Establish new accounts and maintain client database in CRM, LIMS and financial software.

Perform data entry procedures as required ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Be responsible for mailing and shipping functions.

Promote and adhere to safety in the workplace.

Position Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Proven organizational and time management skills.

Detail orientated nature.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong computer skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed based on workflow and deadlines.
