In-Home Mitigation Sales Specialist

Hiring Urgently!

Expert Water Removal is seeking an experienced In-Home Mitigation Sales Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners during their time of need to assess damage, determine the scope of work, and provide professional estimates. You’ll receive pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments, no cold calling required and focus on closing in-home sales on the first visit.

Responsibilities :

Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)

Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.

Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need

Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager

Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job

Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers

Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs

Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications :

Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.

Sales experience required

Experience in Water Mitigation preferred

Stable work history with a strong work ethic

• Self-motivated

Valid driver’s license

Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clear criminal background check

Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software

Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays

Willing to be on call during nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
