Duties

You will plan, organize, lead, and conduct programs to develop recommendations for improvement.

You will gather and organize information on administrative issues and procedures.

You will create process improvement initiatives for a program.

You will develop and recommend business changes to competency and program managers.

Requirements

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Performs analysis of existing personnel and pay services and processes to maintain the intended functionality and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and pay business processes; 2) Performs various types of analyzes and develops reports to detail recommendations regarding the sustainment through the provision of logistics, financial management, personnel services, and or other service support to maintain operations until successful mission accomplishment; 3) Provides expertise and assistance in evaluating command business systems to include setting objectives, execution, performance measurements and controls; and 4) Assesses emerging requirements for impacts to business processes and prepare correspondence and / or briefs to inform leadership and provide recommendations to meet requirements or alternatives until requirements satisfied.
